Spolarium - Reasons and Meanings (Produced by DJ Arbi Won)
When I was starting out and when Soundclick was the shit, I bumped into this truly inspirational song. Spolarium is a group formed by two legends in my eyes, DJ Arbi Won and Proof Positive. The project didn't jump off as I dreamed it would and while I heard they recorded some songs, this one was the one kept me hungry in the game. In this song we see DJ Arbi sampling a Bill Withers classic song, Can We Pretend -- one of my favorite DJ Arbi Won collaboration tracks ever. This song is a heavy favorite between me, Arkane and Psylent back in the day.
Can we pretend, that from now on, there is no yesterday.
