One of the thrills of being a fan of the game is discovering new acts -- I came across Mark Fiasco's work yesterday and I might say, I'm pretty impressed. His 7 song EP "Dear Summer" boasts of great beats, rhymes and collaborations with other producers and even the likes of Curse One. And while the scene is filled with Producer/Lyricists - I think this kid, Mark Fiasco is on his way to becoming one with great balance. While the soulful beats and rhymes will remind you of how Kanye and J.Cole both started out, its quite apparent that with a few more projects and if he spends more time in his beats - he will be a household name sooner than you think. I like his ear for samples and the way its chopped up are better than most.
