Jay-z feat. Alicia Keys - Empire State of Mind

This collaboration has been long overude and I'm glad they decided to put some real soul sounding artist in Blueprint 3. Blueprint in 2006 was entirely based on soul samples which rescued hiphop from the Swizz Beatz influenced era of beats and also introduced heavyweights Just Blaze and Kanye West. Did you know the beat of Alicia Keys' song "You Don't Know My Name" was a beat Jay-z was contemplating on doing for Black Album before Kanye gave it to her. And yeah, besides Alicia Key's dating Swizz Beatz, everything about this song is gravy. And yo, news is Jay and Beyonce is buying a penthouse somewhere in Singapore, I'll keep you guys posted.
